One form, all three systems: they join the claims roster right away (they sign in with this starting PIN and can change it under Change PIN), the quotation system gets them as pickable staff (commission pool stays OFF until you switch it on in its Settings), and payroll lists them automatically — go to the Payroll page after to set their salary, PCB and details.
The claim keeps its receipt, amount and month — only the job changes, and the move is recorded against your name.
